Patience is a Virtue
Hello!
I hope you're having a good week. If not, I hope it gets better and you find the strength to get through it.
So... it would be kind of dumb (and not to mention, really repetitive) if I said it was time for the "weekly bulletin" to introduce this post. I mean, I should be able to find a better way to introduce the concept of regular weekly updates that pertain to bloggy stuff, work stuff, technical difficulties, etc. Right? Haha. Yeah, well...
At any rate, that's what this section will be about. And for the moment, there aren't any updates worth mentioning to report other than there will be more interesting things to see and read about coming your way very soon. Planning out schedules (for work and play), working things in as they happen and learning to take set backs as a sign to slow down and be patient. With myself and others. But mostly myself. I tend to push myself too hard sometimes and expect too much where I'm more outwardly forgiving. But this is the internet, and as a rule, most everyone does that from time to time.
So in lieu of anything super important to inform you all on as far as progress goes, this post can be your reminder that that thing you were worried about-you know, the one that's been gnawing at you, keeping you awake, preoccupied, anxious, upset-it is, what it is.
Be patient with yourself this week. Everything may seem like it has to happen right now, all at once. But none of it will get done if you don't remember that you're one person who can literally only do so much at one time. Delegate if you can. Ask for help. Take a break. Focus when it's time to work. Just remember not to over do it. Take care of yourself.
So as I'm hurrying to crank out words, trying to fix things, learning some dos and don'ts and making graphics to make this as visually appealing as I can, I just ask for a little patience as well. I'm working on some really cool stuff and soon I will reveal it all to you. I'm excited and I hope you all are too.
xoxo,
